This creative workshop complements La Catrina's entire outfit through personal storytelling and mexican traditions. Participants will design and handcraft a decorative flower crown inspired by La Catrina. They will have the opportunity to present it at our Catrinas parade in October 24.

Free to attend (registration required)
What you will need to bring:
You will need recycling materials or half used (recommended).
A personal item shiny, old, big or small that could be glued/attached to your flower crown.
Artificial flowers of different color and sizes, used/new ribbon, strings, yarn, anything you could think of to use to decorate your flower crown
Note: Basic materials provided, like scissors, plastic headbands, glue gun and glue sticks, scissors, and zip ties.
